01The service
The platform maps skill gaps between roles, builds personalized training paths, tracks skills closed through evidence, and reports role-readiness to authorized users. Features available to you depend on your plan, as described on the pricing page.
02Workspaces and accounts
- Login credentials are sent to the work email provided at signup. Keep them confidential.
- Workspace administrators are responsible for who is invited and what access each user has.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
03Your data
Your organization owns all data it puts into the workspace, including role definitions, employee records, assessments, content mappings and the outputs generated from them.
You confirm you have the right to share employee data with us for the purpose of using the service, including any notices or consents required by law. We process that data only to provide the service, as set out in the Privacy Policy.
04Decision support, not decisions
Gap maps, learning paths and readiness scores are recommendations and decision support. They do not constitute a promotion, performance or employment decision. Your organization remains solely responsible for any decision about an employee, and for making sure its use of the service complies with applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws.
05Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to rank or profile people on protected characteristics.
- Do not attempt to access workspaces or data you are not authorized to see.
- Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, or content containing malware.
- Do not resell or sublicense access without a written agreement.
06Plans and billing
Starter and Growth plans are billed monthly in advance, in US dollars, excluding applicable taxes. Enterprise pricing and terms are set out in a separate order form.
You can upgrade at any time, with the difference prorated. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.
07Third-party content
Recommended external courses and certifications are provided by third parties under their own terms. We do not control their content, availability or pricing, and any purchase from them is between your organization and that provider.
08Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and secure, and may improve or change features over time. If we remove a feature that is material to your plan, we will give workspace administrators reasonable notice.
09Suspension and termination
We may suspend access for serious breach of these terms or non-payment, after notice where practical. When a subscription ends, administrators can export workspace data for 30 days, after which it is deleted from active systems.
10Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-available basis, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses.
