Pricing questions

Is pricing per employee or per workspace?
Per workspace, billed monthly. Each plan includes employees up to its limit. If you grow past the limit, you can move up a plan at any time and the difference is prorated.
Which content libraries are compatible?
Any LMS that can export its catalog, SCORM 1.2 and 2004 packages, xAPI content, video links, documents and external course URLs. Enterprise adds direct LMS integrations.
How is role-definition setup handled?
Starter includes templates and a setup guide. Growth adds a guided setup call to calibrate your first job family. Enterprise includes a dedicated onboarding lead who builds your custom role library with HR.
How is employee assessment data kept private?
Your organization owns its data. Access follows reporting lines and HR policy, all data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and it is never used to train models for other customers.
Can we cancel at any time?
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and stay active until the end of the paid period. See the refund policy for details.
Are prices shown with taxes?
Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes, which are added at checkout based on your billing location.
